Impact–MINH advocates nationally and internationally for the decolonization and independence of Puerto Rico, as established and required by international law and the United Nations resolution 1514 (XV).

Microsystemic level

Community - Providing health and mental health access and trauma support to persons facing emergency needs during times of rapid and unexpected change.

Educational - Developing, teaching, and supporting Puerto Rican history education, identity-affirming activities, and empowerment workshops using established (Shorris, 1994) and other educational methods.
